Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly passes a Bill for a law to make the teaching of native language compulsory in public schools in the State

A Bill for a law to make the teaching of native language compulsory in public schools in Akwa Ibom State, is to be presented to the State House of Assembly during next plenary.
The Bill is sponsored by the member representing Ibesikpo-Asutan state constituency, Elder Aniekan Uko.
