Arrangements have been concluded to accord, Chief Pius Ekanem Udosen, a befitting funeral.

Arrangements have been concluded by Ekpuk Nsidung of Ikot Obio-Ndoho village in Mkpat Enin Local Government Area, to accord their late son, father, grandfather and brother, Chief Pius Ekanem Udosen, a befitting funeral.
The late Chief Pius Ekanem Udosen was, until his demise in April 2015, the Village Head of Ikot Obio-Ndoho.
Aged 68, the deceased had worked briefly with NICON Insurance Company before he was employed at the Nigerian Agip Oil Company, rising through the ranks to the position of senior Public Relations Manager until his retirement in 2000.
In 2002, the late Chief Pius Udosen was appointed the Vilage Head of Ikot Obio-Ndoho, Mkpat Enin Local Government Area, a position he used to mobilize sons and daughters of the community for the speedy development of the village.
His duties as Village Head did not deter Chief Pius Udosen from serving God, as he remained a faithful and committed member of the witness movement of The Apostolic Church.
Survived by his wife – Kate, three sons, a daughter, grandchildren, sister and others, the late Chief Pius Ekanem will be remembered as a kind-hearted man and adviser whose philanthropy was not limited to his immediate community.
His remains will be buried on Saturday, 26th September, 2015 after a funeral to be conducted by the Apostolic Church, Ikot Obio-Ndoho District at the Ikot Obio-Ndoho Primary School Grounds, at ten o’clock in the morning.
