A physical fitness instructor has spoken of the need for people to create time for daily aerobic exercises.
A fitness Coach, Mr. George Offiong was speaking during an exercise session at the Uyo township stadium.
He said that daily exercise helps to reduce cardiac arrest and heart attack.
Mr. Offiong however said that aerobic exercises should be part of daily activities of people who want to stay fit.
Some of the participants described the aerobic session as a way of keeping their body fit.
