Ex-Super Eagles Coach dies in Benin

Meanwhile, Nigerian have reacted to the death of former Super Eagle Edo born tactician, Stephen Okechukwu Keshi.
In Akwa Ibom, the Director of Sports Coach Aniedi Dickson, a contemporary of Keshi describes him as a tough opponent each time the then Rovers of Calabar clashed with New Nigerian Bank Football Club.
1980 Nation Cup Champion Coach Charles Bassey, also a former National team Coach described Keshi as a talented player who came into the National term after him.

Others who eulogized the ex-Super Eagles Coach were soccer mates coach Patrick Udo, Ex-police Machine team goalie, Enefiok Okon and All-stars Public Relations Officer Mr. Ita Dan.

Stephen Keshi lost his wife last year and she was buried in January this year.
The Director General of the AKBC, Pastor Anietie Ukpe says Nigeria has lost a gem in Stephen Keshi who had in his short life time coached many National Teams including Togo and Mali.
