It is obvious that civilization is trying to delete all that our ancestors left behind, our dishes inclusive. The essence of this program is to take us back to our root in terms of our local cuisines. Then, our ancestors lived longer with no traces of prominent and pronounce ailments because of the rich nutritive contents in our dishes.
Today the story has changed because we are more into the western dishes forgetting what our body constitution and that of the white function separately. This programme is to educate the general public on why we should embrace our cuisines.
