The Commissioner for Health, Dr. Dominic Ukpong has charged Principals of Schools of Nursing, Midwifery and Psychiatry to devote more time to character formation to ensure that the students imbibe the tenets of the profession as left behind by Florence Mightingele.
Dr. Ukpong gave the charge during a meeting with Principals of Schools of Nursing and Midwifery and Psychiatric.
