The State Ministry of Works has under-taken an inspection of SEYANG Limited

The State Ministry of Works has under-taken an inspection of SEYANG Limited, an indigenous road construction firm, located off Kilometre 3 Abak Road, Ikot Ekpene with a view to assessing the company’s profile for inclusion in the on-going road construction contracts in the State.
The Commissioner for Works Mr. Ephraim Inyang who led the team to the company, inspected facilities and assessed its work force.
Mr. Ephraim Inyang said Governor Udom Emmanuel is ready to encourage indigenous road construction Companies in the State who pay attention to technical specifications with clear policy directions towards quality service delivery.
The Works Commissioner who was accompanied by the Permanent Secretary-Dr. Ifreke Ekpa, and other officials of the Ministry was conducted round the facilities of the company by the Chairman SEYANG Limited Engr. Samuel Edward Inyang.
He expressed satisfaction with the standard of equipment and workforce but tasked the management of the Company on quality service and timely delivery of projects and its staff to cooperate with the company in improving capacity, maintaining standard as well as, safety in line with internationally accepted practices.
Responding, the Chairman of SEYANG Limited, Engr. Samuel Inyang lauded the Udom administration for the opportunity given to indigenous construction companies to offer their services to the State, noting that his company is noted for quality service delivery and will always work according to job specifications and timely job completion.
Engineer Inyang thanked the Commissioner for the visit assuring that, his company will stick to international standards in the construction of projects.
He promised the company’s readiness to partner with the present administration in its effort to transform the State.
