Member representing Itu State Constituency in the House of Assembly, Prince Idongesit Ituen has pledged sincerity in the discharge of his legislative functions in the interest of all.
Prince Idongesit Ituen made the pledge when West Itam Ward Eight Stakeholders paid him a solidarity visit.
Prince Ituen said he is passionate about developing his constituents with skills and opportunities which could make them more resourceful.
Price Ituen who is the Chairman, House Committee on Works and Transports noted that the recent inspection of flood and erosion sites in Itu will soon yield positive results and announced that a workable programme to sustain massive empowerment in his constituency was underway.
According to him, a three-man Education Committee would soon be set up to manage his scholarship scheme for the six villages in West Itam.
He therefore called for their unwavering loyalty to Governor Udom Emmanuel’s administration in its avowed commitment to achieve more for the state.
The Leader of the delegation, Obong Joseph Udo described Prince Idongesit Ituen as a worthy representative of the people.
Obong Udo, a former Chairman of Itu Local Government said he admires the honesty, dynamism and straight forwardness of Prince Ituen and wished him success in his legislative duties, pledging the loyalty of the people of West Itam to the State Governor.
